The Sawyer Smoker Bandit Carbon Fiber is quite possibly the lightest weight oar ever producted! A proprietary blend of carbon twill reinforced with tough fiberglass delivers ideal flex and feel on every stroke, while keeping the entire oar & blade combo to under 5lbs! This two-piece design also allows you to replace or change out blades should you need to. ProTip wrapped blades included (and are specific to this oar)! They’re so light, they make counterbalances unnecessary! We do however consider the Cobra Oarlocks necessary with these oars because of the nature of carbon fiber.
