Stabond PVC/Urethane Adhesive with accelerator can be used to bond PVC or rubber (Hypalon, neoprene, etc). Great for repair kits thanks to its 4 hour dry time and the ability to be used on either PVC or Hypalon.
Mix glue with accelerator at 10 parts glue to 1 part accelerator (100 to 12).
