This upgrade works by attaching additional ballast bags in the rear lockers, which then connect to the factory hard tanks below, essentially piggybacking on them.

Each kit includes two bags: one port and one starboard-specific ExactFIT 820lb Ballast Bag, for a total of 1640lbs added to your boat ballast system. Easy to install in an afternoon and compatible with all Malibu Wakesetter VLX models from 2005 to 2008, this kit includes everything you need for a DIY installation, including pre-assembled fittings and connectors for hassle-free setup.
